1. Services Provided
Anviksha Advisory provides regulatory consulting, FSSAI licensing assistance, and tax advisory services. Our role is to assist in documentation and filing; the final decision on license issuance rests with the respective government authorities.
2. Professional Fees
Our professional fees are separate from government statutory fees. All fees must be paid in advance for processing application files. Fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the government portal.
3. User Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Anviksha Advisory is not liable for rejections or penalties resulting from false or misleading documentation provided by the client.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% compliance, we are not liable for business losses due to license processing delays by government departments.
